COVID-19 Customer Update
At Rosita Real Foods, the health and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority.
We are doing everything we can to get your orders delivered on time during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our Dutch warehouse remains open and we are shipping orders Monday-Friday as normal within the EU.
We are experiencing delays in delivery times due to the high volume of packages being received by our courier and delivery partners. Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed and shipped.
DHL has introduced an Emergency Situation Surcharge which will be applied to all air shipments until further notice.
We are doing everything we can to get your order to you.
Hygiene and handling
We have been working closely with our warehouse teams who are following all EU guidelines, and we have reinforced our rigorous hygiene and handling procedures when picking and packing your order. Our warehouse teams have implemented additional health and safety measures including regular hygiene audits to ensure our stringent standards are upheld at all times.
All of our warehouses are conducting additional cleaning and introducing new measures to help reduce the risk. This includes hand sanitation and site cleaning as well as restrictions around warehouse visitors, staff meetings and staff travel. The welfare of our customers and warehouse teams is our top priority and we will continue to monitor the situation on a day to day basis.
